- All orders are normally sent within 2-3 weeks, but in case of a higher amount of orders the delivery may take longer. If so, By Tove K will inform about current delivery times.
- For custom made orders the delivery time may be longer, you will be informed if that is the case.
- For making orders, you have to be at least 18 years old, or having your parents’ permission.
- By placing your order you agree to the terms and the return policy.
- By Tove K B will not give information from customers to a third part. The information is only saved for contact and shipping purposes.
- When placing an order you will recieve an order confirmation by e-mail.
- If you wish to return your product you have to return your package within 14 days from when you recieved it. The product and has to be in the same condition as it was when you recieved it. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please contact By Tove K before you return your product.
- Products that are custom made cannot be refunded or changed
- By Tove K cares about you as a customer and therefore handle your personal data with your privacy in focus.
- By Tove K protects your privacy and does not collect more information than necessary to process your order. By Tove K never sells or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis. In order to be able to place and send your order the company shares necessary information with the payment provider and shipping company, such as Name, adress and sometimes personal number, phone number and e-mail address.
- Addtitional information or offers from By Tove K, such as newletters or smiliar will not be sent to you without your permission.
